I have engaged Jason on two separate occasions to run training sessions in different roles I have held. The first was to build and deliver a sales framework for a national team of BDM's within the SMSF sector. Jason worked diligently to understand the needs of the business, understand the opportunities and challenges facing the team and he custom built a training program specific for our team. The framework was exactly what we needed and provided a sound basis to coach to a consistent model.
The second set of workshops was Leadership training to 70 employees in 4 different locations across Australia. Once again Jason workshoped with the Executive team what was needed in the training program, what skills and capabilities needed to be improved and what would success look like. He then tailor built a training program which was rolled out over a series over workshops in each capital city. The feedback was exceptional, with employees constantly stating that it was the best leadership training they had attended.
I cannot recommend Jason highly enough. He is extremely professional, able to connect with employees at all levels, and a fantastic facilitator. I trust Jason implicitly and I will be engaging him in the future for further work.

Better Regulation Victoria had Jason McSpeerin from Insight Learning Solutions run our planning day recently. Jason’s thoughtful approach to our issues and challenges and his efforts to prepare for the day by gaining a clear understanding of our work and staff were integral to the success of the day. We had opportunities to think about how we can do our jobs better and to understand different ways of thinking and to apply new thinking to our challenges. And we had some competitive games and some fun! It was an extremely valuable day and is already delivering benefits to us as a team in many ways. We have follow up to do and we look forward to working with Jason again to set out our next strategic plan. Jason’s experience and skills as a quick thinking facilitator were evident.
