He has worked across multiple industries, with a strong knowledge and background in Financial and Professional Services including accounting and legal firms. Jason’s ability to understand these environments gives sales professionals and leaders increased confidence, belief and knowledge in winning new clients and maintaining quality relationships with existing clients.

Leadership

Jason has developed and conducted training for leaders within various corporate and professional environments including advertising, financial services, professional services and FMCG. Jason has worked intimately with leaders to improve their  leadership capabilities, and change their behaviour for the better, resulting in increased performance and enhanced employee engagement.

Coaching

Jason has a comprehensive background in coaching individuals to realise their full potential and enable them to perform at their optimum level. His ability to connect with individuals quickly and to challenge them in a professional way has seen him achieve exceptional outcomes.

Workshop Facilitation

Jason has significant experience in facilitating workshops with numbers between 10 – 200 people at all levels of organisation. Jason works with teams to achieve clear outcomes by creating an energetic, fun and challenging environment which encourages a high level of participation.
